Reportedly this house - originally an inn - was
three stories with cupola. Circa 1915 one story

Very large picturesque estate which consists of a mansion,
this residence , and some barns. It is used in part for
agricultural purposes ; it fronts on a large expanse of
beach overlooking Peconic Bay.

21-story, 3-bay, center entrance house with gable roof,

located on the north of the property not far from Main
Road. In 1897 this structure appears to have been
F. Maxwell.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
In 1880s the two houses on this estate were operated as
inns by Mr. and Mrs. Kreutzer, according to the present
owner. *
On 1909 map it was Park Hotel-Mrs. M. Kreutzer.
In 1929 it was Lang.
Rrther research is needed to determine the age of this
house.
