The historic 4" of Southold is a low to medium density
area; As Route 25 approaches the center of town it is
lined with large trees and rows of well-spaced houses
surrounded by greenery and gardens.
IS, OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
22-story, 3-bay, side entrance plan, gable roof, L-shaped,
ween Anne house, gable end to the street. Interesting
sunburst pattern in gable above decorative shingles.
Hip roof porch across the front with open frieze, turned
posts on square bases, and small, simple spandrels.

Entrance door with round-tooped glass panels.
This house appears to have been Terry Estate on 1909 map.
It 's integrity is excellent and it contributes to the
ambience of the streptscape.
