0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This handsome house is well maintained and contributes
greatly to the ambience of the street.
Formerly a ClpvPland house, this old "Cape" was enlarged
by inserting a second story circa 1930. The fine details
by George Smith are similar to other such found elsewhere
in the village.
This house appears to have been Horton in 1858, 1873 and 1909.
Mrs. King is George Smith 's daughter.
