Richard Terry who was the second Town Recorder in the early settlement. The house stands on its original homesite and has earmarks of age j of various early periods. L 4 This was a three bay, side-entrance plan house . Today the facade is obscured by a one-story addition across the front . However, the major mass of the house is still visible and contributes to the ambience of the streetscape . According to local tradition this little house is circa 1837.
