22--story, ;-bay, gable roof Ztalianate pilastered house
with heavy bracketed cornice and heavy window surrounds.
2-story gable roof wing on rear also with bracketed
cornice. 6/6 windows and entrance with side lights and
transom. Entrance stoop also with brackets.

'U. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Was Goldsmith house in 1858 and 1873.
This is an earlier house which was updated in the latter
half of the 19th century. 12/12 windows survive on rear
of main house.
