Buildings lie on Route 25 which was once the old Kings
Highway. In rear there are extensive vineyards.
This is a low density rural area.

Handsome long low gable roof stucco building with large
wing on east. Wide angle gable portico on main section
with segmental arched entrance and interesting triangular
dormer in center of roof peak. Eastern wing with covered.

_-10. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
Pindar began growing Vinifr?ra grapes in 1979, and in 1985
won 11 major awards. In 1986 175 acres are now planted and
production is 25,000 cases.
In 1897 this was Captain Horton's farm. On the 1909 map it
is identified as "Geo. Terry to Peter SIP,j p zkl" .
