This old structure is presently being incorporated into a
much larger modern clapboard house,by the Hargraves.
This property was the first winery on the forth Fork of Long
Island.

Small one- and- one- half story ,g,able- roof,side -entrance house ,
with one-story west wing.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCF:
Built about 1780.Foundation stones brought over from
Connecticut.Western addition to building in 1865.
The original 19th century east-west road passed directly south
of this small house; hence the orientation of this structure.

The house appears to be Solomon on 1838 US Coast Survey
