The house is set in undeveloped woodlands, in the
proximity of the Carrington house .

to the street. Unusual clip-topped windows in gable with
upper sash also clipped.
Shed roof wall-faced dormer on west.

This was the Carrington cottage. The Carrington house was
built in 1863, by John Carrington who bought all of
Nassau Point in 1857 with his real estate partner Edward
Burr. (SPP also NP-4)
