The house stands at the end of a long farm road, over-
looking the creek, in an isolated area.

21-story, 3-bay side entrance plan, gable roof house with
1-story gable roof wing on south. Porch across front with
turned posts and sawn spandrels. 6/6 windows.
House has a dumb-waiter.

Baldwin on 1897 map.
This is a fine looking old house. It is of particular
interest because Baldwin seems to have been a bayman.
