density state road, which once was the historic Kingis
Highway. The property is surrounded in part by open fields
and woodland.

0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This house is # 26 on the "Summer of History" of 1965,
map section 1. It is of significance because in 1874
it was a "select school for boys and girls" and enjoyed
considerable fashion and patronage both locally and in
the neighboring towns.
