(Indicate if building or structure is in an historic district) The house is on Rte 25,
a dual-lane , low density state road on the approach to the
hamlet of Cutchogue. It is one of the many interesting old
houses that line the roadside. It is surrounded in rear by
open land and forest.

22-story, 3-bay gable roof house. 22-story, 3-bay wing on
west ; porch across the front of wing sheltering the main
entrance, 6/6 windows and louvered wood shutters.

This was the Presbyterian Manse. The house was included
in the 1974 survey by the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical
Council,
