Triangular iframe with sunburst motif in west gable peak. li-story, b--bay, gable roof wing on east. SIGNIFICANCE I1>. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Circa Early 1920s for the tory stores. ARCHITECT: BUILDER: HIS Lt7RICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE. While the one-story stores obscure the front of the house , the gable roof line is clearly visible from the street and contributes to the historic character of the streetscape . The one-story stores with their Art Deco styling are also an important visual element. The oldest part that was Betts Hotel was moved in 1908 to New Suffolk Road (see form CU-70) The Font Office was here in 1929. 21.
