High 21-story, gable roof Queen Anne style house with semi-
octagonal tower on front facade , gable--roofed dormer with
beeked surfRce in gable peak. Shingles in concentric circles
in west and east gables. Chimney with five projecting hori-
zontal courses . Palladian window in west gable .
