Recessed in the garden is an arched pergola that supports climbing roses and has a bench at each side, a characteristic Feature of 19th century gardens. IH. O'FIlFR NOTABLE: FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): 22 story, multi-bay, irregular, gable roof, T-shaped Italianate house with fagade gable centered in west wing. Handsome heavy sawn brackets with turned drops decorate all the overhang of the main roofs. Smaller brackets of the same design are paired under the roofs of the porch and bay window.
