The house is on Route 25, a two -lane, low density state
road, as one approaches the Village of Cutchogue.
Forests and farmland surround the general area.
18. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE: (including interior features if known):
Small 12 story 4-bay gable roof house with off-centre
entrance. Three small windows under the eaves.
An old Dutch oven is enclosed on the north-west side of
the house , and a brick oven to keep food warm is still
accessible through a small door *

The back of the Dutch oven from this house was taken to
the landmark "Old House" in Cutchogue , and so were the
latches on the doors. *
