Forests and farmland surround the general area. 18. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE: (including interior features if known): Small 12 story 4-bay gable roof house with off-centre entrance. Three small windows under the eaves. An old Dutch oven is enclosed on the north-west side of the house , and a brick oven to keep food warm is still accessible through a small door * SIGNIFICANCE 19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Prior to 1858 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: The back of the Dutch oven from this house was taken to the landmark "Old House" in Cutchogue , and so were the latches on the doors. * G.
