This structure sits on the south side of Oregon Road two houses
east of Mill Lane, Oregon Road is a two lane rural road with
great expanses of open fields under cultivation.
IS. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
21-story, 3-bay side entrance plan, flat roof house with 3-bay, 12-story,
flat roof wing on west with side entrance. 4/4 paired round topped
small windows under the eaves of the wing. Heavy frieze under main
roof eaves with molded panels separated by heavy wood brackets. Window
and door heads with four small brackets under hood. Porches across

_0. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITLCTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This is a fine example of a flat-roof Italinate house. It and the
house across the road (OR-4) are rare survivors of this once popular
style.
