WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of John & Elizabeth Reardon for a Wetland Permit for a one story addition approximately 453 sq. ft. enclosed masonry patio with trellis over approx. 692 sq. ft. with the stipulation that there be gutters for roof run-off and drywells on the addition not to disturb seaward of the DEC landscape border. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, xvhich may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Fee must be paid, if applicable and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
