of the stie is a large expanse of lawn leading to the Peconic
Bay.

High, li-story, gambrel roof turn-of-the-century clapboard
house with gambrel facade-gable on north elevation. 2/2
windows and tapered red brick chimney on west. 50ft. veranda
across front facade. This house incorporates an older house
of 2,215-stories with 2/2 windows, pointed windows and decorative
SIGNIFICANCE shingles in gable peak on south elevation.

This house was Willis Tuthill in 1909 and afterwards was
the Judge Richards house. It is Richards on the 1929
