'tructure sits on the south side of Main Road between Mill Lane
and Elijah' s Lane . Area surrounded by vast fields under culti-
vation. Main Poad is a two-lane, low density, tree lined state
road.

2-story, 3-bay, side entrance plan, flat roof house. 6/6 window
with porch across front with sawn spandrels and turned posts.

In the 1840' s & 1850' s a flat - roofed house was quite common.
It is interesting that quite a few of them survive in Mattituc
