Lake directly to the S/E. Large open lawn to west of site.
Plain Road (Rt. 25 ) is a two-lane, low density, tree lined state
road.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
It is a rare survivor of a vertical board and batten house.
It is a very interesting component of this historic street-
scape.
