On Main Road (Route 25). The structure is located in the center of the
commercial area of the village. A group of shops to the west and two
single family residences to the east, one of these being an 18th century structure.
The addition ofb the shop to the front of the house has added a strong commercial.

ARCHITECT: Christian Jetter - Carpenter Builder
BUILDER: Built for Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Grabie town blacksmith.
20. HISTORICAL AND ARCIIITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
First built as a very small house with additions
added as family increased. Mr. Grabie was the •
first to have rubber tires on his carriage and the -
first individual in the toim to own an automovile.
Mr. Grabie installers the central heating before
1910. He, himself, m,-rde the radiators.
