Along Reeve Ave. to the east are newer residences.

11, 12--story, 3-bay, side entrance plan, gable roof half-
house on brick foundation with dentils under the eaves. Single.
bay, 1i-story extension on south has Tuscan door with paired
round topped glass panels. Chimney opposite main entrance.
SIGNIFICANCE

This "half house" is shown on the 1873 map at this location.
It is not shown on the 1858 map, however stylistically it
appears to have been built early in the 19th century.
