on north facade overlooking Mattituck Creek.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARC'HITEC'TURAL IMPORTANCE:
It is thought that this was Wilke in 1873 and Seymour Tuthill
in 1909. It is a waterfront residence that appears to have
been built as a summer home - one of the early ones in the ares
