1i story, gable roof house with wide sweeping overhang.
Paired gothic-headed windows in gable peak. It was Lorigan
in 1873 and Silkworth in 1909.

20, HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE-
This water front residence appears to have been built as a
summer home - one of the earliest in the area. The place was
called "Point Pleasant" when Silkworth owned it .
