OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): The exterior 1830 portion carries older, if not the original , decorative elements: panelled corner pilasters, panelled and molded architrave on original entrance doorway laide not visible in photo). This older portion is also overlaid with decorative elements of a later period: bargeboards supp2rted by large sawn brackets, shingled overhangings ab.-re windows, gale decorations. The 1896 structure without these elements but incorporates some good stained glass windows still in place. SIGNIFICANCE 19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: Back Portion 1630. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE: The structure is a complex unit incorporating 143 years of architectural history. - from the simple rectan.�ular structure of 1830 with its early decorative elements overlaid ,-ith late 19th century decorative trim and the 1896 church with its more complex silhouette.
