Set back off Sound Ave. which is a tree-lined, two lane rural
road. Here the terrain changes from the flat agricultural land
and becomes hilly.

12 story, 5-bay gable roof Italinate house with high facade
gable over three central bays. Porch across the front has
turned posts. Round headed window on west elevation.
