Sound Ave. is a tree-lined, two lane historic rural road.
Tall, grand maple trees are evenly planted along the road in
front of the residence.

li story, 5-bay gable roof house with Downing-style facade
gable over the front door. 6/6 windows except for semi-
hexagonal bay window west of paneled front door. Entrance
has a gabled roof stoop with fluted columns.

20. HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE:
This house appears as Mayo on the 1858 map and Aldrich in
1873. Craven says it was the old Osman homestead before Mayo.
