This handsome house is situated way back on the north side
of Sound Avenue and is surrounded by large fields under
cultivation.
18. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known):
2-�-story, five-bay Italinate structure with wide overhanging
eaves , end chimneys , and 2/2 windows throughout. This house
also has a porch with turned posts , and spandrels. Front door
with porcelain knobs and round-top glass panels . The entrance
is flanked by tall 2/2 full--length windows . 1i-story wing on
rear with small windows under eaves and 1-story addition to north
SIGNIFICANCE with Queen Anne windows .

It is believed that this well-preserved old house was Hallock
on the 1858 map , also on 1673 .
