Peconic Bay Blvd . is a two lane tree-lined road paralleling
the shore. The shorefront is lined with residences.

1� story, hip roof, Shingle Style carriage house . Large
pedimented dormers with double-hung windows . Two-leaf
loft door in pedimented wall-faced dormer on west. Some
windows have diamond shaped panes in upper sash.
