(2) That this agreement shall run with the land. (3) That each of the parties hereto is seized of an estate in fee simple in its respective parcel and that the same is free of all encumbrances. (4) That said access may be relocated by either party, as they deem appropriate, as long as the access is not impeded or obstructed. Bruno informed me that after inspections were performed at the site comments were given to either the super or the subcontractor in charge of the particular iob. For example,there was a possible problem with the size of the hearth for the fireplace. Bruno believes that the comments were given directly to the mason. This for obvious reasons is not a good idea. By copy of this letter to Bruno I am requesting that any paperwork generated from a site inspection to any of the Edgewater properties be not only handed to the supervisor in charge of the job but that a copy be mailed to Petrocelli's offices directly.
