This is to certify that the following action was taken by thp-
Southo1d Town Planning Board on November 19, 1957:
Petition of Susan H. and Raymond W. Terry to establish an "Open
Development Area" under the provisions of Section 280-a of the Town Law of
the State of New York. Location: East side of the Main Road in the Westerly
part of hamlet of Southold, described as follows: About 22 acres, bounded on
the North by Louis E. Baker, on the East by Caroline Korn, on the South by
Jockey Creek And on the West by the Main Road, Wm. Rusch and G. W. Smith &
Sons. Easement on north side of 50' road, shown on map to the Long Island
Lighting Co. Also use of 50' road to property owners.
It is the determination of the Planning Board that we recommend
to the Town Board that approval be given to the access to this property,
with a suggestion that provisions bs made to reserve one hundred (100)
feet on the water for future access; perhaps Lot No. 16 on revised map.
