Gentlemen:
This is to certify that the following action was
taken by the Southold Town Planning Board on March 11,
1958:
In the matter of the petition of Daniel Smith to
establish an open development area at Great Pond, near
Soundview Avenue, Southold, New York. (See .'ap of Ladd
of .!uir Brothers at "Great Pond" dated Marcn 11, 1958)
ThG Planning Board recommended approval provided
that the line dividing lots marked "A" and "B" be moved
5 feet to the South, making the two lots more nearly
equal.
