Herrmann Eh-Consultants, Inc. 1329 North Sea Road Southampton, NY 11968 Re: MADELINE PISCIOTTA 8554 Main Bayview Rd., Southold SCTM#87-5-23.7&23.8 Dear Mr. Heccmann: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on Wednesday, December 20, 2000 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf ofMADELINE PISCIOTTA applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated December 4, 2000, and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on December 20, 2000 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW TItEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of MADELINE PISCIOTTA to construct a two-story, one-family dwelling to be raised on pilings; deck; pervious driveway; two (2) drywells; drinking water well; and sanitary system to be placed on approx. 380 cy. of clean sand fill and contained within concrete retaining walls. Sadly, however, Anthony Pisciotta has passed away and Mrs. Pisciotta has not had the opportunity to follow through with the approved project in any manner. As it appears to be too late to extend the Trustees' permit, please find attached a new application by Madeline Pisciotta for the same project approved by the Board two years ago.
