The NYSDEC requested a 65' no-disturb buffer, and at the hearing I thought that's what I heard you say when you were making the motion to approve the application. As you may have gathered at other meetings, my hearing is not up to par; but I know that's no excuse even though the microphones were not on. However, if it would be possible to change the condi- tions of the permit to coincide with the DEC requirement ora 65' no-disturb buffer, with the haybales at the 65' line, it would be very much appreciated. Fitzgerald, Jr. of Proper-T Permit Services on behalf o f SUSAN L. BECKER applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated February 2, 2001, and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and reconunendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Heating was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on February 21,2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of SUSAN L.
