Documentary proof that the reserved areas indicated on the survey has been transferred to a homeoxvners association "tax-exempt organization" or that all necessary steps and approvals have been obtained to transfer the reserved areas indicated on the above survey to a homeowners association "tax- exempt organization" or the Town of Southold, must be provided. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit is signed. Fees mnst be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Inspections are required at a fee of $5.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)
