The applicant has agreed to include the adjoining parcel, known as Subdivision Lot 1 of "Peconic Bay Qaks," with the 1.8-acre parcel to allow for the 80,000 square-foot requirement for two dwellings. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant.
