This application must be filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Building Department with the following:
A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property Iines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains tess than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Conunercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance fi-om architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit PImming Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

After investigation and inspection, the Board finds that the
applicant has requested permission to convert the barn on the
dwelling-house p~emises into a yearround caretaker's home. The
applicant has agreed to include the adjoining parcel, known as
Subdivision Lot 1 of "Peconic Bay Qaks," with the 1.8-acre parcel
to allow for the 80,000 square-foot requirement for two dwellings.
The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that the circumstances present in this case
are unique, and that strict application of the ordinance would
produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship. The
Board believes that the granting of this special exception will
not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the
~pirit of the zoning ordinance.
