Cutchogue, NY 11935 BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION Addition to the Carter Residence in Cutchogue. SEPTIC SYSTEM CERTIFICATION The proposed addition includes o forth bedroom and o new bathroom. The existing second floor hos three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a substandard toilet room for guests without sink located on the first floor right off the kitchen. This condition needs to be remedied. In the proposed layout the kitchen will be remodeled, the toilet and washer and dryer which ore currently in the kitchen, will be moved into the new addition. All plumbing lines for the proposed bathroom will be contained in the building envelope. The cesspool is regularily cleaned by Morris Cesspool Service Inc. According to Mr.Morris the septic system, which included a 1000 gallon tank, is in very good condition and adequate for the proposed addition.
