BOYD for the replacement of the existing bulkhead erected in 1970, and extend bulkhead approx. 10' to meet northwesterly boundary line of premises. Relocate existing floating dock from parallel to perpendicular of bulkhead line. Located: 3825 Robinson Rd., Paradise Point, Southold. SCTM#81-1-7 The CAC recommends Approval with the Stipulation that the bulkhead is replaced inkind/inplace and with a 10' non-turf buffer. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion Carried 2 RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of EDWARD J. BOYD for the replacement of the existing bulkhead within 18", and extend bulkhead approx. I0' to meet northwesterly boundary line of premises. Relocate existing floating dock from parallel to perpendicular of bulkhead line, with the condition that a 10' non-turf buffer is installed behind the bulkhead after replacement. Approval based on survey dated September 14, 2001 and last revised November 26, 2001. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Depaxtment or Agency, which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
