Dear Sirs,
I would like an official view of the "phragmites" existing on my property.
First consideration is the fact that this property is on a clay bank! There is no
drainage. Standing water evaporates. The standing water is fresh water,
runoff from an adjacent pond, also standing fresh water.
I would like to eliminate the phragmites and redirect the pond overflow along
the property line and woods. I would then fill in the phragmite area and extend
my lawn.
I understand the next inspection is on April 13. I would like to be included.
