Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Regarding Building Permit#29877 Dear Mr. Verity : I conducted an inspection of the"roughed in"waste and water supply plumbing at the Senenfelder residence at 480 Eastwood Drive in Cutchogue prior to the walls being covered with finishes and conducted a final inspection of the plumbing on January 21, 2005. Inspection found fixtures to be missing in some of the bathrooms. However, there are bathrooms in the building which are fully equipped and functional. Those fixtures and associated plumbing as well as the plumbing to the incomplete bathroom areas were found to be free of leaks and installed in accordance with the New York State Building Code.
