I found everything meeting or exceeding the current Residential Code of New York State and the New York State Energy Conservation Construction Code. In Particular, all walls had R-13 insulation, and all ceilings had R-30 insulation, conforming to the construction documents prepared and sealed by my office, and submitted to the Town of Southold to obtain the Building Permit. The floor had not been insulated when I inspected, but the insulation will be installed and open for a visual inspection by you at a later date. My office has photos of this inspection on file should you require them. Please cc!l my office if you have any questions, or wish to digress this matter.
