RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#1959 to construct a 3'x22' finger float with 2"x10" CCA stringers and timber tec deck attached level with existing westerly floating dock, with galvanized bracket and one 8" dia. off piling. Construction will match materials on existing westerly dock; and as depicted on the project plan prepared by John Helf, received on June 4, 2019 and stamped approved on June 19, 2019. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not an approval from any other agency. The finger dock must be built with all new material by Latham Sand and Gravel 2. Mr. Helf will pay all cost for this new construction and the installation of aforementioned finger dock at the marina. 3. Construction will be all new material according to the existing building codes for a finger dock. 4. Construction will match exactly the materials as the main dock built in 2018 by Latham to which this new finger dock will be attached. Finger slip to be installed must be level to main dock. Finger dock shall be anchored from the side to the existing piling as shown on marina schematic enclosed. 5. Finger dock must NOT encroach beyond the piling to the immediate right of slip C-1 causing slip C-2 to be compromised in beam as currently exist. . 6. Any deviation of above conditions will void this agreement and at Mr. Helfs expense the finger dock will be removed. 7. Any required Permits must be obtained by Mr. Helf at his expense.Any penalties imposed on RSPOA for Mr. Helf s failure to adhere to existing building codes will be borne solely by Mr. Helf. Mr. Helf agrees to hold harmless all members in good,standing of RSPOA. Please sign and return this notice if you are in agreement with its terms and conditions.
