Rohde &Anthony W. Crowell, as issued on March 24, 2004; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#5885 for the as-built wooden deck attached to the seaward side of the dwelling that is approximately 29' long by 6'wide with an adjoining 41' long by a varying 8.5' up to a 14'wide section in lieu of the previously approved patio with trellis, and as indicated on the project plan prepared by Rohde/Crowell, received on April 21, 2017, and stamped approved on May 17, 2017. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Rohde and Anthony W. Crowell for the amendment of Wetland Permit#5885 to include the existing decking (approximately 291 x,6.'W adjoining 411 x 8.5' to 14'W; drawing and photos attached) in lieu of the "patio and trellis" as stated on the original permit. Please note that we purchased the property with the-decking intact and have made no modifications, alterations, or additions to the existing, as-built deck. Our application is based on our joint ownership of the subject property, such ownership effective November 2, 2017. We enclose a check for $100.00 in satisfaction of the associated fees. For your reference,Wetland Permit 5885 was issued on March 24, 2004•to Anchor Lane, LLC, , and transferred by the Board of Trustees to Sabalja,by Board Action dated August 17, 2017. Please note that we, as purchasers of the subject property, required seller (Sabalja) to complete the transfer of the 5885 permit as a pre-condition'of sale to ensure compliance with of the Trustee's permitting requirements.
