Ingegno last revised November 3, 2003, whe,e that contour is located south of the existing slate patio, and the portion of your property Which is located landward of a line extending southern edge of the existing slate patio to the eastern property line, are beyond the jurisdiction of Article 25 (Tidal Wetlands).
