Box 1844 Southold, NY 11971-1844 APPLICANT: ACTIVITY: Relocate an existing 3 foot by 14 ramp, and three 4 foot by 20 foot floats secured to seven 8-inch diameter pilings approximately 9 feet to the south onto adjoining applicant's parcel. Remove two 8- inch diameter mooring piles and one 2-pile dolphin. The purpose of this project is to relocate the mooring facility onto a parcel containing a primary dwelling. WATERWAY: Jockey Creek, Shelter Island Sound LOCATION: Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York As this is minor in nature, authorization may be by'Letter of Permission. This is in accordance with current Federal Regulations governing work in navigable waters of the United States. To accomplish the coordination required, prior to the issuance of a Letter of Permission, your review of the enclosed drawings is requested.
