1. That the said Bo~d of Trustees and the Town of Southold ~e telesell from any and

2. That this Permit is valid for a perind of 2 4 mos. which is coasidated to be the
estimated time required to complete the work involved~ but should circumstances wercam, z~luest
for an extension may be made to the Board at · later date.
3. Tlmt this Permit should be retained indefinitely, or as long ~ the said Permirtee wishes
to maintain the structure or project involved, to provide evidence to anyone concerned that anth-
otizafion was originally obtained.
4. That the work involved will be mbject to the inspection and approval of the Board or
t~ ·gents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the originating ·ppllcadon, may be cause for
revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Bnard.
5. That there will be no un~e~sonable interference with mtvigatlon as a result of the work
herein au'thotized.
6. That there shall be ao interference with the right of the public to p~ss and repass dong
the beach between high and low water marks.
7. That if furore operations of the Town of ~onthold teclui~e the re·oval and/or altetatiom
in the location of the work herein anthotb~d~ or if, in the opinion of the Bo·id of Tmstee~ the
work shall cause torte·so·able obsm~cnon to free navigation, the said Petmittee will be t~lulted,
upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated withon~ expenses to the Town
of Southold.
8. That the said Board .will be notified by the Permittee ot the completion of the work auth-
orized.
9. That the Permlttee will obtain ail other permits ·nd consent~ ~t may be required
plemental to this permit which may be mbject to revoke upon failure to obtain ~me.

Trustees Meeting held on Wednesday, March 22, 2000.
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for an Amendment to Permit #71-2-6 to replace the
existing dock with a 4'X 6' cantilevered platform, a 3'X 12'
ramp and a 6'X 20' float, and a Transfer of Permit #71-2-6 from
John C. Campbell to Patrick W. Kelly.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

Dear Ms. Gralton:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on April 21, 1999 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, Inter-Science Research Assoc. Inc. on behalf of PATRICK
KELLY applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under
the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated March 18, 1999 and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on April 21, 1999, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to
PATRICK KELLY to construct a 20'X 40' in-ground swimming pool
approx. 50' from the bulkhead and a 1300 s.f. brick and sand
at-grade patio located approx. 45' from the bulkhead with the
condition that the buffer be maintained as it is to date, and
drywells be installed for the backwash of the pool.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be
considered a determination made for any other Department or
Agency which may also have an application pending for the same
or similar project.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years
from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable,
and permit issued within six months of the date of this
notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.

STIPULATION of the Waiver Request of PATRICK KELLY 71-2-6 to install an in-ground
swimming pool 50' from bulkhead and construct an at-grade patio 45' from the bulkhead.
