Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 Re: Permit for Ramp, Float, Pilings and Stairs at 1790 North Bayview (on Goose Creek) Dear Board of Trustees: My wife and I recently purchased the residence at the above referenced address from the Brown's. We understand a permit was issued to Howard L. Brown in 1973 to install the above referenced facilities. We would appreciate having the permit transferred to our name so that we can make necessary repairs as the above referenced facilities were damaged in some of the recent storms. The permit should be transferred to William B. Kuhl and Rena A. Kuhl. Our permanent address is 69 Pine Street, Garden City, NY 11530. I have included a check for $10.00, as instructed, to cover this transaction. If there are any questions or should you require additional information. I can be reached at 212-924-7734 during the day. Your favorable action and assistance in this matter would be grcatly appreciated. VeD' truly yours, 0
