Re: LIPA/KEYSPAN
Property: Mill Road, Peconic
Dear President Krupski
and Board:
Enclosed please find application for enlarging and
resurfacing existing access to LIPA transfer station at
Peconic.
A building permit had been obtained for the transfer
station improvements, however, during the progress of the
work LIPA determined that the transformer trucks could
not make the turn into the property. The existing access
drive had to be widened and the driveway was resurfaced.
They did not realize that a permit was required from
your board for the expansion of the access drive (the
lake is across the town Road Mill Road). A notice of
violation was issued which directs LIPA to file the
enclosed permit application.
Please advise the Bay Constable that LIPA has
complied with his directive so that not further action by
the Bay Constable is required.

k,_j~ftricia C. Moore
