Herrmann on behalf of GREGORY & MIKAL·ANN TYRER applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 28, 2004, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the South old Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and. The purpose of this project is to maintain shoreline stability and to provide safe navigation and docking of the applicant's boat.
