I shared your concerns with my client, Ron Cassara, and hereby ask you to take the following action: Postpone the public hearing for proposed action within the Trustees jurisdiction. Within a month or two we will return to your agency with a revised SITE PLAN showing demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new house located, as required, behind the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line. We shall show measures designed to protect the bluff during construction.
